We hired Savannah as a full-time nanny for 1 toddler and she was with us 6 weeks. As an honest review, part-time or babysitting work may be more fitting where there are less expectations. My son was always safe with Savannah and she was very gentle with him, however the feedback I received from her as we parted ways was that the job requirements we detailed very clearly prior hiring proved to be too overwhelming for her (including: keeping baby’s play/eat areas clean, baby’s laundry, help with light housekeeping).
