Hi! My name is Abby, and I’m a 21-year-old senior at the University of Houston with a genuine passion for working with children. Nurturing kids and watching them learn and grow brings me so much joy. I have over five years of childcare experience with children ranging from infancy to middle school. Since July 2024, I’ve worked as an Activity Leader in an elementary school after-school program, where I assist with homework and plan engaging activities such as crafts, STEM projects, outdoor play, and educational games. I’ve also been a babysitter for several years and can provide references upon request. In addition, I interned in my church’s kids ministry, working with children from infants through fifth grade, and I currently serve as a Young Life leader with middle school students. I’m patient, creative, and approachable, and I’m comfortable caring for up to four children at a time.
