Kim is a sweet girl and was mostly good with the kids- but she has some personal issues going on in her life that interfered with her being our nanny. We hired her and after one week- she quit one hour before she was supposed to arrive, leaving me completely without childcare and unable to work. Whatever she has going on in her life, I hope she works it out before she commits to another family, and leaves them so abruptly without any notice.
