Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy caring for children and helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. I enjoy creating fun activities, helping with routines, and being someone children can feel comfortable around. Working with children is rewarding to me because I get to support their development while also giving parents peace of mind that their child is being cared for. What experience do you have? I have several years of childcare experience, including three years as an Assistant Teacher at an early learning center. I have worked with children ages 1–4 and have experience caring for toddlers and young children in both classroom and nanny settings. My experience includes supervising children, preparing meals and snacks, helping with diapering and potty training, nap time, outdoor play, learning activities, and daily routines. I have strong childcare skills, including patience, communication, organization, supervision, and the ability to create a safe and positive environment for children. I am comfortable planning age-appropriate activities that support learning through play, such as reading, songs, crafts, sensory activities, and outdoor play. My early learning center experience has trained me to follow routines, support positive behavior, maintain cleanliness, and respond calmly to children’s needs.
