Hi families! My name is April, and caring for children has always been something I truly enjoy. I have over six years of childcare experience, including three years working in a childcare setting with children ranging from infants to 4 years old and three years as a full-time nanny for a wonderful family with three children, ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. As a nanny, I loved being part of the children’s daily lives. During the day, I planned fun and educational activities to help the baby learn and grow, while also keeping parents updated with photos and messages throughout the day. After school, I would pick up the older children, help with homework, get them ready for sports and activities, and make sure they felt supported and cared for. After earning my degree in Project Management, I transitioned into a professional career. Recently, I decided to return to school to pursue my bachelor’s degree, and I would love the opportunity to work with a family again. Being a nanny was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had, and I miss building those meaningful relationships with both children and parents. I am patient, reliable, energetic, and genuinely love helping children learn, grow, and have fun. I hope to find a family where I can become a trusted and caring part of your support system.
