I'm a 39 year old women who has 4 children ages 11, 8, 6 and 2. I earned my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked with children my entire life. I'm also CPR/First aid certified. I've also been an Early head Start Teacher and a Lead teacher in some schools/daycares. I would like to work with a family as a babysitter or a nanny and work with the child/children at their developmental level. I've worked with children for over 20 years and have helped children with speech, fine and gross motor delays as well as behavioral and attachment disorders. I also have experience with autism and IFSP's. After going to many different workshops too I think I would make a great babysitter/nanny
