Hi! My name’s Ella, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education—I’ll be heading into my junior year of college this fall. I’ve always had a strong passion for working with children, and I feel incredibly grateful that my academic and career paths align so closely with something I truly love. I’ve been involved in childcare for over five years in a variety of roles. I spent two years working at a daycare, where I supported children of different ages through their daily routines, learning activities, and play. I also worked in an after-school program for a year, helping students with homework and creating a safe, engaging environment after their school day. In addition to that, I’ve been a nanny and babysitter for several families over the years, providing individualized care and building meaningful relationships with both children and parents.
