I am a premedical student currently in my gap year after graduating from FGCU with a Bachelors of Science in Pre-Professional Biology and minors in French and Chemistry. I work as a Medical Assistant in urgent care, but am looking for other opportunities to help save for medical school. I am available to work nights, weekends, or overnight as needed and have a reliable car. I am also BLS certified. I worked as a Sunday School teacher for almost 10 years and have a true passion for children. I have 5 siblings and have been surrounded by kids for all of my life. Growing up I started piano lessons at 5 and have since picked up the viola, choir, and kalimba. I am also a dancer (ballet, ballroom, Latin dance, hip-hop, jazz, etc.) and enjoy embroidery, sewing, and reading in my free time. Working with children from multiple cultures, families, Read more and situations has taught me the importance of one's childhood experiences and how it can shape an individual and their outlook on life. As one of the first classrooms to implement our Buddy System for children with special needs, this is especially true. It is the little things that matter the most and kids remember it all.
