Hi! I’m Favour, a college student in Columbia majoring in Nursing who enjoys working with children and helping families feel confident that their kids are in caring, responsible hands. I have about a year of unpaid childcare experience caring for children of family friends and people within my community, which has helped me gain experience with supervision, playtime, routines, homework help, and keeping children engaged in a safe and positive environment. I’m available for occasional babysitting, date nights, after-school care, and select evenings and weekends. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through age-appropriate activities, reading, creative activities, games, and playtime while respecting each family’s routines and expectations. I also enjoy helping students academically and can provide homework help and tutoring support, especially for elementary and middle school students. I’m comfortable assisting with reading, writing, math, science, homework organization, studying, and test preparation in subjects I’m confident teaching.
