Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because working with children is something I’m genuinely passionate about. I enjoy getting to know each child’s unique personality, building connections, and helping them grow through fun, engaging, and safe experiences. Watching kids learn, laugh, and thrive is incredibly rewarding for me. What experience do you have? I have over 3 years of experience working in a daycare setting as an assistant teacher, where I cared for children ranging from infants to grade school. Outside of that, I’ve babysat for multiple families and also worked as a tutor. Currently, I’m a soccer coach for kids ages 2 through 3rd grade, and I’m completing my student teaching in Mahopac. I’ve worked with children of all ages and backgrounds and am comfortable handling various routines and energy levels. What skills and training do you have? I’m organized, dependable, and always prioritize safety and structure. I’m also creative and love coming up with fun activities that keep kids engaged while supporting their development.
