London accepted a full time nanny position with our family. She told us she needed 2 weeks notice for her employer. On her first day, she no called no showed. After my texts and phone calls, 3 hours after her start time, she responded saying she no longer wanted the job. Her unprofessionalism has left my family scrambling to find care for our child. Horrible experience, and I do not recommend ever using London.
