Eileen was amazing with my son! I hired her for a week to watch my 3yo son during work hours while his school was closed. She communicated well with me from the initial phone interview and throughout the engagement. From the moment she walked in the door she engaged my son. I work remotely and could hear them laughing and having a blast outside and around the house. I loved that she took initiative with him to get him outside and create fun activities for him. She made him lunch each day and got him eating some new things. She practiced Spanish with him. She was confident and proactive and gave me great peace of mind that he was in amazing hands. He looked forward to each day she was watching him and took EPIC naps because he was so tuckered out haha. Eileen became part of our family for the week and we were bummed when the week was over. we look forward to the next time we see her!
