I became a nanny because I love kids. Honestly they are fun, honest, and very easy to keep happy. They just want structure, attention and to be entertained. I have helped 4 families raise their babies and to this day, they still keep in contact with me. They send me current school pictures and notify me of big events that the kids are involved in. I have letters of recommendation from those families that I can provide upon request. I am very responsible, reliable & trustworthy. When your babies are with me, they will always be safe & well taken care of. I'm not some young girl who will be on my phone while I just turn the TV on for your kids. I enjoy reading to them, playing with them, and taking them for walks weather permitting of course. Trips to the park are my favorite. He also failed to mention that he had no one to help him when his wife went into labor and I stayed at his house for nearly twelve hours on the day she gave birth. I did not get home until 1 a.m. I have 4 letters of recommendation from prior families that will prove this gentleman is lying about my character.

Veronica worked for us for a little over a month baby sitting our 3 year old who’s on the spectrum. In that time she called off or missed part of her shift 6 times. Mind you she only worked 3 days per week. She missed 2 full days for migraines. Was late once because she forgot that her garbage disposal was being repaired. Was an hour late another time due to an emergency dentist appointment. She also left early once for a migraine. When she did show up she was regularly 5-10 minutes late. There was always something with her. The worst thing she did was calling off 3 days after my wife gave birth to our new baby. Her text message said “sorry but I won't make it in today. Our water heater broke yesterday…….. and we can't do ice cold showers in the fall.“ That’s when our frustration boiled over with her and I think she could tell that we were irritated but having a newborn and a special needs child to care for we didn’t have time to address the situation with her, we just needed child care. That same day she called off, my wife went back to the hospital for serious postpartum concerns. My wife spent 2 days in the hospital and on the day that she came back Veronica quit on us with no notice putting us in no a serious bind. This lady is unprofessional and unreliable.

This man is NOT KIND to work for. Also, I DID NOT QUIT. He cursed at me & threw me out of his home when I tried to have a conversation with him about his daughter. Also, their daughter is not "slightly" on the spectrum. She is hard to handle, even becoming violent at times. I've worked for other families outside this site & never had problems.
