Hi! I’m Matthew and I am currently a student at the University of British Columbia and a Tacoma native looking for babysitting work while home for the summer. I love working with kids of all ages and am working towards a career in elementary education. I started babysitting at 14 and have had many jobs working with kids since. I worked as a YMCA swim instructor from 2022-2024, teaching all ages but specializing in parent-child lessons (6 months-3 years old). Additionally, I interned in a kindergarten classroom at Sherman Elementary for two years and will be working at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium as a Zoo Camp Instructor this summer. I am looking for a family/families who are looking for a sitter any day/time in late April/mid-May or weekday evenings/weekends from June-August.
