I'm a reliable, patient, and energetic college student home for a gap year until I start medical school in August 2024. A little bit about my education: I graduated with my bachelors in Biology back in May and I’ve been on a gap year working until I enter medical school in August to study for my MD. My work experience: I’ve been working with kids in some way or another for at least 7 years. For the past year during my gap year, I have worked as a medical assistant at a Pediatric Pulmonary physician practice mainly serving kids with asthma and cystic fibrosis. I've worked at my church's summer camp serving kids from pre-K to eighth grade as a counselor during high school. I also come from a big family with lots of little cousins and I've taken care of them on many occasions including preparing meals, driving them Read more to practices, and supervising for the day. I also used to work as a lifeguard for 3 years and have training in first-aid and CPR. When I'm not working or busy with school, I love playing basketball and going for walks :):)
