Charlotte was an absolute gift to our family, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her as our nanny for a full year. Beyond her expertise, Charlotte has a natural, gentle way with children that you simply can’t teach. Grayson adored her, and it was clear she genuinely cared for him like her own. She was proactive, communicative, and consistently went above and beyond in her role. We still miss her greatly and would recommend her without hesitation to any family. Any child would be lucky to be in her care.
