I love Elif!

We've had Elif babysit for our son twice and she has been great. On-time, friendly, responsible. If she wasn't sure about something (e.g. if it was OK for him to watch TV), she texted to check in. The second time she babysat, we needed her to pick him up at camp and bring him home. Everything went smoothly. We will definitely call her again.

Elif has babysat for us twice now watching our 15 month old, once during the evening and for 4 hours during the day on a weekend. Elif was very professional and timely and took great care of our boy (even managing to get him back to sleep when he woke up in the evening). We would highly recommend her to anyone of our friends.

Elif recently assisted me with caring for my 3 month old while I tended to other matters around the home. She is so caring, gentle, responsible and personable. I look forward to having her back again!

Elif is punctual, communicative, and overall a wonderful caregiver. She cared for my toddler for several hours while I was at work and even taught her new words. You can tell she adores children and they adore her, as well. My daughter was so fond of Elif that she actually cried a bit when Elif left at the end of the day!

Elif came over with one hour's notice so that my husband and I could go on a much-needed date! Her love of children is evident through the care and joy she takes in being with my 9-month old. On top of her kindness and trustworthiness, Elif is an excellent communicator and a great listener. We only met her last weekend and she's already been back once this week. We are looking forward to seeing lots more of her in the future, as I can enjoy my outing knowing my daughter is in very capable, warm, and loving hands.

I am writing a late review of Elif who took care of our 2-year-old golden Duchess while we were on a long trip. Elif has a kind and gentle personality, and Duchess immediately took to her. I could tell the Elif really cared as she made sure to show my daughter (it is her dog) and I her apartment before we dropped of Duchess for her stay. She even bought a toy for Duchess (which she still has). Elif was professional, communicative (shared texts and photos while we were away) and a pleasure to do business with. We will be asking her to watch Duchess again the next time we take an extended trip.

Elif was available last-minute to watch my 14 month-old this past weekend, and we felt so comfortable and thankful we've actually already booked her to babysit for us again! Elif played with, read to and fed our son and was very accommodating when we ended up needing her for a half-hour past what we originally thought. She arrived on-time and is very sweet; we'll be seeing her again tomorrow!

Elif Y. took care of our family cat over Thanksgiving weekend. This was my first time using Sittercity and I couldn't have asked for a better kickoff experience. Elif is responsible, smart, trustworthy, caring and bonded instantly with our cat. She sent photos of him every few days while we were away, and when we returned, our cat seemed calm and happy, more so than he ever has before when left in the care of others. Elif even took the initiative to bring in a package she found on our apartment building's front steps while we were gone. I highly recommend Elif.
