Hello to my future family! My name is Elizabeth,I am college educated, I have over 18 years of paid childcare/senior care experience. All of the experience I have gathered over the years caring for children and learning to flow with many different types of family dynamics have absolutely shaped me into the person I am today. I have worked as a live-in nanny for a family of 4 little girls for several years, who have since grown up into amazing young women, and we are still close and talk frequently! I have worked in daycares and home centers, lead childcare programs, instructed art programs for kids, developed educational curriculum for daycare programs, and through all of this have gained a lot of experience working with strong-willed children. I am comfortable with children that have medical needs or have ADHD, especially since I grew up as a severe asthmatic with ADD Read more myself! I did work towards my doula certification when I was 17, which has enabled me with the experience and skills that are beneficial when caring for infants.. I really enjoy taking the "big sister" role. Although I am energetic, fun, and a "big kid" sometimes, I am also very cautious since safety is my ultimate priority when caring for any child. I recently have moved back to the area, and have decided to start looking for families that could use my services.
