Alyssa was wonderful!! On time (BIG necessity and plus for me), polite, super friendly and definitely kid oriented. My son is already asking when is she coming back? :). Alyssa is not here for you, she is here for herself and the money to be made. We had interviewed a few weeks ago and it went fine so scheduled her for the 6th to start out. Yesterday, the 4th, I checked in with her and she let me know that since our interview she has accepted another nanny position and doesn't know if she is available any longer for the day she confirmed with me weeks ago and said she would get back to me if she could, and I have yet to hear from her. Between her lack of commitment, respect, and lack of communication, I would never want any other family to have to deal with this. As a single mom having to scramble for someone to watch my kids now is never something I enjoy which is why I am one who always plans in advance.
