Hi, my name is Heydi. A bit of me, I have relevant experience caring for children through both my work as a teacher and my time volunteering. As a teacher in my country Bolivia, I've developed strong skills in managing groups of children, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, positive learning environment. My role required patience, creativity, and strong communication all qualities that are essential for childcare. Additionally, I have volunteered in Parent Participation Program in California, such as community centers and events, where I supported children with games, crafts, reading, and one-on-one attention. These experiences have deepened my passion for working with kids and strengthened my ability to connect with them in fun and meaningful ways.
