Hello! My name is Grizzly! I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working with young children since 2019. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and reach meaningful milestones. I strive to create positive, engaging experiences that not only help children succeed but also provide families with the support and encouragement they deserve. My goal is to make a lasting impact by building trusting relationships with the families I serve and creating an environment where every child feels supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Watching children develop new skills and gain confidence is what inspires me every day, and I am committed to continuing to make a positive difference in their lives. In addition to my experience, I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and have completed the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour training, Read more equipping me with the knowledge and skills to provide safe, high-quality care.
