Hi, i’m Keeyana. I have worked with children since about the age of 14. I feel as though working with children is my 'calling.' I have known that I wanted to be a teacher and child care-giver/mother since I entered Kindergarten, all because of my childhood teacher Mrs. Brown. I have completed over 70 sittings in my span of child care. I’ve done everything with the children between morning time, arts and crafts time, outside time, story time, to bed time. I am 29 years old, and I do not have any kids as of right now, but I helped in the rearing of my youngest sibling. I went to college in Jersey City at New Jersey City University (NJCU). During my studies there, I triple majored in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a concentration in English. I am now currently a 3rd grade ELA teacher at the elementary Read more school I went to growing up. Briefly, I had also worked at a preschool downtown Jersey City where I was certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Keeyanah was awesome. Called to do an intro phone call beforehand and asked great questions once she came as,well. She was so sweet with our daughter, and had her bathed, fed and in bed asleep by the time we got home. Looking forward to using her again!
