Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Nickle and I recently graduated with a degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Washington. My goal is to someday provide mental health care for children. I have significant experience with children of all ages, often 2-3 at a time. I have been providing care for children and infants since I was 12 years old. Some of the families I've worked with before included: twin infants from the ages of 6 months to 3 years (and later another infant); twin toddlers and an infant; 6th grade girl and 4th grade boy. Additionally, I am CPR certified. I also have experience in applied behavioral analysis as a registered behavior technician and have worked in schools with children with a range of developmental and/or emotional disorders, primarily autism. Kaitlyn is Amazing! She is everything we hoped and wished for. Always on-time. Reliable. Professional. Kind. Caring and loving. Fun and energetic. Smart. We only wish we had found her earlier! Within a week of her starting to take care of our almost 18-month old son, he started walking, started sign language. He was happy all the time. Kaitlyn took him outside every day, played many different games, encouraged him to walk and play, read books to him, played music and danced with him. I definitely recommend her. She is a lovely person and a great nanny!
