Hi! My name is Ajani Johnson, and I’m 18 years old and currently a college student at the University of Arkansas, where I’m studying Marketing. I’m a caring, patient, dependable, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys being around children and helping others. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and being someone they can feel safe and comfortable around. Growing up with younger siblings and cousins taught me from a young age how important it is to be patient, caring, and responsible. I enjoy getting to know each child’s personality, keeping them entertained, and creating a fun and positive environment for them. Being able to help families while knowing their children are happy, safe, and cared for means a lot to me. I started babysitting from 8th through 10th grade before getting my first corporate job during my 11th-grade year. I also grew up Read more helping take care of my younger siblings and cousins. I have experience watching my younger cousins who were around 3–5 years old, including playing with them, keeping them safe, helping with their needs, and making sure they were comfortable and cared for My experience has helped me develop strong patience, communication, responsibility, attentiveness, and multitasking skills. I understand that every child is different, so I try to be patient and understanding while making sure they feel heard and comfortable. I also understand how important it is to follow parents’ instructions and make their children’s safety and well-being a priority. Outside of babysitting, I enjoy being creative, putting together outfits, meeting new people, and learning new things. I’m excited to continue gaining experience while being someone families can trust and feel comfortable leaving their children with.
