I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and getting to be a positive part of their day. I love building relationships with them, whether that’s helping them learn something new, playing games, or just being someone they feel comfortable around. It’s really rewarding to see kids grow in confidence and have fun while knowing their parents trust me to care for them. I nannied after school for a family with three kids, where I helped with homework, prepared snacks, managed routines, and kept them engaged until their parents got home. I’ve also taught private swim lessons to young children at different skill levels, which gave me experience working one-on-one and building confidence in kids who may feel nervous. I am CPR and First Aid certified, which allows me to prioritize safety and respond calmly in emergency situations.
