I recently retired and want to continue working and want to stay physically active. I am in good health, do not smoke, have good transportation, and am extremely reliable. The main discipline methods I use are positive reinforcement, logical consequences, redirection and teaching/role modeling. I also like to set clear rules and boundaries that everyone understands from the beginning. My favorite enrichment activities to do with children are art/craft projects and puppetry. I also really like outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, playground time and horticulture. Note* I am available on the weekends 6am-6pm but the algorithm on this platform doesn't allow you to specifiy a time range. It only allows you to put 24 hrs Sat & Sun.
