I have 5 years of experience running a full time childcare from my home. On a weekly basis, I had between 4-6 children who ranged in age from two months to 4 years. Prior to that, I worked for 7 years as a live - in nanny to 4 children aged newborn to 8 (until they were aged 7-15). During that time, I also cared for their mother, who had become disabled by a ruptured brain aneurysm, so I was actually more of a stand-in mother to them. I also have several years of part - time babysitting experience. I am the mom of two adopted children. They came to live with me at ages 7 & 9 and are now in their twenties.
