Hi! My name is Hallie, and I’m an 18-year-old recent high school graduate. I plan to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a specialization in Labor and Delivery. I have 4 years of babysitting experience, caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years, and I’ve worked with families of up to 4 kids at a time. I’m a Red Cross Babysitting Certified instructor (2019) and have received training in first aid, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver for infants and children. I’m comfortable with all ages, including infants and toddlers, and I always strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to prepare meals, help with light cleaning, and keep things tidy while the kids rest or play. We found Hallie on SitterCity when our son was just three months old, and she's been coming about 15-20 hours a week. We feel lucky every week she walks through our door. She is sharp, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. She's flexible with scheduling, easy to communicate with, and quietly helpful in so many ways. If I'm nursing or the baby is napping, she'll tidy up or folding laundry. My favorite thing though: when I'm on a work call in the other room, I can hear our son cracking up with her. It is so comforting to know that my baby is enjoying his time even when I have to work. Hallie is kind, humble, and just a lovely person to have in our home. We can't recommend her enough.
