Hi, my name is Sierra, and I'm a creative and adventurous 22-year-old! I am currently pursuing a writing and digital media degree at Penn State. This along with my 2 + years of experience in childcare has helped me develop the skills to communicate openly and effectively with children. I have experience supervising groups of up to 19 children ages 3 to 12. While I love the kids in my care, I am looking to provide more individualized support to a family of 1 to 4 children. I am open to a full-time or part-time position. I have experience working with ADHD and limited experience with autism. I am CPR and First-Aid certified, have my own car, and have taken courses in child development. I love to conduct science experiments and encourage active movement. I work to limit screen time, while also understanding the importance of unwinding with a good movie or game. In my personal time, I love to bake, hike with my dog, and attend trivia nights with family and friends. I love to travel and hope to make it to all the U.S. National Parks!
