I’d describe my personality as nurturing, energetic, and observant. I enjoy working with children because it allows me to help them build lifelong skills that benefit them into adulthood, even if they may not remember me. Supporting their growth is meaningful, and I take pride in watching them learn and develop into their own individuals. I have extensive experience working with preschool-aged children (3–4 years old), as well as toddlers transitioning into early preschool. I am comfortable and confident working with all age groups and adapting to their developmental needs. I have worked with children since age 18 and currently have four years of experience as of March. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I am seeking a position that values communication, consistency, and a positive environment, as I believe structure is essential for healthy development.
