Hi! I’m Iyceis. I’m currently earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior. I have experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs through my previous work as a Behavior Technician, where I helped with communication, daily routines, learning activities, behavior support, and encouraging independence. I’m also continuing my training in ABA and behavior support. I enjoy working with children because every child has their own personality, interests, and way of communicating. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and I believe in creating a safe and comfortable environment while still keeping kids engaged. I’m especially comfortable working with children who may need a little extra patience, structure, or support.
