With over two decades in the field of Early Childhood Education and experience in School Aged classrooms, I am seeking a temporary or longer term childcare position in or near the Winslow area. I hold a B.A. in English Literature and many years of continued education, professional development, including direct experience in program development, including Social Justice, STEM/STEAM and leading a Teacher Mentorship program. She also has experience in volunteer coordinator work, non-profit fundraising, and international travel (teaching ESL). My educational philosophy is oriented in the Reggio Emilia Approach and aligned with an Educational experience rooted in equity, inquiry, compassion and collaborative learning experiences. I have a background teaching Climate Awareness and Environmental Education. I have a passion for education, families, Climate Change Awareness, and Social Justice engagement, Environmental Education and cultivating compassion with our Earth and one another.
