Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m a licensed family childcare provider in Fox Crossing and the owner of Willow Tree Early Learning. I’ve always loved working with children, and I’ve been lucky enough to make it a big part of my life. Before opening my own childcare program, I worked in children’s programs aboard cruise ships, where I had the opportunity to care for children and families from all over the world. I loved creating fun experiences for kids, helping them feel comfortable in a new environment, and being someone parents could trust while they enjoyed their time away. Now, I run my own licensed in-home childcare program and am also a mom, so I understand how important it is to find someone who is patient, reliable, and genuinely cares about your child. I love doing hands-on activities, getting outside, reading books, being creative, and following children’s interests as they learn and Read more grow. My goal is always for children to feel safe, happy, and cared for. I’m available for occasional babysitting, date nights, evenings, and weekend care.
