I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy being a part of children’s growth and development. I’ve always been around children through family, volunteer work, and my professional experience, so creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment comes naturally to me. I enjoy building connections with kids, helping them learn new things, and making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and happy. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have about a year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. I’ve worked in ABA clinic settings with children of different ages and personalities, helping with communication skills, social skills, transitions, play activities, and daily routines. In addition to my professional experience, I also have experience babysitting and caring for children through daycare, family and personal opportunities. I have experience in behavior management, communication support, social skill development, and creating engaging activities for Read more children. As an RBT, I’ve been trained to remain patient, attentive, and adaptable in different situations while maintaining a positive and structured environment. I am also currently a college student majoring in Psychology and working toward furthering my education and career in child care and therapy.
