Growing up, I was always the person my friends and family would turn to when they needed a nanny or babysitter. I have always had a naturally nurturing personality, which has inspired many of the roles I have pursued throughout my life and career. My desire to create clean, safe, and welcoming environments led my mom and me to start our own residential and commercial cleaning company, which we operated for six years. Through this experience, I had the opportunity to meet and build meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Entering someone’s home can be intimidating, but by establishing a foundation of trust, authenticity, and open communication, I was able to create lasting relationships with the families we served. Over time, this trust led to opportunities beyond our cleaning services, including caring for clients’ children and even traveling with families on vacation. Prior to becoming a co-owner of our Read more business, I worked as a CNA and earned my Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential. These experiences strengthened my ability to care for others while teaching me the importance of patience, responsibility, communication, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable and supported. Furthermore, while in college, I had the opportunity to work as a Life Skills and Health Coach for adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. This role deepened my desire to empower, connect with, and positively influence the younger generation. I found fulfillment in helping young people set goals, build confidence, and recognize their own potential. I truly believe my purpose is to help create environments where people feel safe, supported, and comfortable asking questions and embracing opportunities to learn and grow. I wholeheartedly believe that our environments and the people we surround ourselves with can shape who we become and influence our trajectory in life. I am seeking an opportunity where I can use my experiences, nurturing nature, and passion for supporting others to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
