Lillian is a hardworking and trustworthy person who cooks and cleans well. For that reason I am giving her 2-3 stars but I can not give higher because she persistently requested me to pay her higher on a monthly basis (more than what we mutually agreed upon initially), to the point where it became unprofessional and uncomfortable. Previous families had also informed me they chose not to keep her long term because of her repeated requests for more money at unusual times - I encourage ALL families to speak to min 3 of her references before hiring her. She also requested a very high number of paid holidays (min 14 working days a year plus vacation weeks) much more than is usually allotted for a nanny. She can improve on learning how to network with other Nannie’s and how to be more social with kids, schedule more play dates and activities, and allow them to interact independently.

Lillian took care of our 3 year old and was always very reliable, punctual and takes great care of her. Unfortunately we don't currently have enough hours available to have her consistently but in the short time we needed her she always made sure that our daughter was clean, fed and worked on arts and crafts with her and coloring books , and is very calm, diligent and patient. She also sewed some of our daughters toys for us which is very useful and seems very knowledgable about children and their needs and development and has experience. If you need someone consistent she is a great candidate and we hope to be able to hire her whenever we need child care.
