My name is Bawi Hnem. I go by Rosie and live in Greenwood, IN. I am only 19, and I am the eldest child in my family. Although I do not have professional training and experience in child care, I grew up babysitting my younger siblings and cousins. I love babies and toddlers, even though taking care of them can be tough and exhausting. In fact, my youngest cousin turned one this year, and he also lives right next door to me. I have been babysitting him since the day he was born, and his parents trust me enough to leave him in my care at least twice a week when they need to run to the groceries or simply do chores.
