Hello! My name is Anna and I am currently a medical student. I have past experience tutoring elementary age children and I've also worked with children ranging from infants to high school age in the hospital setting as a child life volunteer for 3 years in undergrad. I love working with kids, especially making learning fun along with preparing healthy snacks and fun games. I am organized, communicative and a good listener, which are the qualities that make me a trustworthy babysitter. Thank you!

Anna agreed to a pay rate and clearly defined set of duties, then stated falsely that the duties had not been explained to her, and tried to almost double her hourly rate. She also never provided the references that had been requested of her, and seemed to think that requesting references was an unreasonable. In practice, she was very different than she was during two interviews.

Anna K.'s reply

I’m sorry you felt this way. I had simply requested to talk about a possible raise. You had told me that I was responsible for one person while the other didn’t need much care. In practice, I found that I was taking care of 2 people rather than 1, so I just asked to talk about possibly remediating the difference I felt in responsibility and pay.
