Esperanza has been wonderful. She became our regular nanny 4 days a week when our son was 6 months old. She's so good with him and works with him through sleep, feeding, and pooping issues. She also takes him on walks regularly so they can get outside. She's easy to communicate with and has been a pleasure to work with.
