I work at an elementary school supporting special education students, and I truly love what I do. For the past three years, I've had the privilege of helping children grow, learn, and overcome challenges in a supportive and encouraging environment. Watching students grasp new concepts and gain confidence in themselves is the most rewarding part of my day. I especially value the personal connections I build with the kids - having faced struggles of my own growing up, I understand how important it is for every child to feel seen, heard, and supported. While I currently work during the school year, I'm also looking to continue working with children over the summer and during extended holiday breaks. I love staying active and engaged in environments where I can make a positive impact year-round. I'm CPR and first-aid certified, and always strive to create a safe, nurturing space for the children Read more in my care. Outside of work, I'm passionate about animals and books and spend time with them whenever I can. Every day, I show up to work with heart and dedication because I believe in the difference we can make, one child at a time.
