I currently work at an afterschool program and have also worked summer camps, where I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for children in group settings. In these roles, I’ve helped with supervising activities, managing routines, supporting positive behavior, and making sure kids are safe and having a good time. I’m comfortable working with different ages and personalities and staying flexible throughout the day. My strengths include being patient, responsible, and attentive. I’m good at keeping a calm, positive environment and following directions from parents or program staff closely. I also enjoy planning activities and helping kids stay engaged in creative and active ways. I’m excited for the opportunity to bring my experience and energy into a more personal caregiving role and support families in a dependable and caring way.
