I am the youngest of six children, three of which have began creating their own little family. I became an aunt at 9 and it has been one of the greatest parts of life! I love being around all of my 10 nieces and nephews. I work in two different preschools twice a week. There are 13 children in one class and 12 in the other and I have absolutely loved it! I have watched these children who are 3-6 years old, learn; grow, make friends, discover new things and passions, and I've watched them adapt and thrive in a new environment. I have babysat for several different local family's during date nights. These family's have ranged from one child to 5. Last summer I nannied for a six month old baby every week day from 6-4 and it was an awesome experience! Abby was a regular babysitter for my infant for about 3 months. She is consistently punctual and dependable, communication is clear and thoughtful, making it easy to coordinate schedules and discuss any updates about my baby’s needs and routine. Most importantly, she has a wonderful way of engaging with my baby—playing, laughing, and creating a nurturing environment that my son clearly enjoys. It is always hard handing your baby over to someone else, but my son lights up when he sees his friend Abby and is always returned to me happy and well cared for. In addition to her professional qualities, she is a genuinely kind person. Her patience, attentiveness, and caring nature are evident in every interaction.
