Hi! I am Michelle!! I've been working with children for nearly a decade, and it's something I've truly loved from the very beginning. I started as a summer camp counselor at around 16 years old, where I spent every summer leading activities, supervising toddlers and young children, and creating fun, safe environments. Through those summers, I was trusted by many families for babysitting, caring for anywhere from one child to three children of different ages. Since then, my experience has only grown. I recently earned my Master's in Elementary Education and have worked as a preschool teacher, after-school educator, camp counselor, and elementary classroom teacher during my student teaching. Whether it's helping with homework, planning fun activities, reading stories, or simply keeping little ones entertained and safe, I love creating an environment where children feel happy, supported, and excited to learn. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, bilingual in English Read more and Spanish, and believe every child deserves patience, kindness, and encouragement. Families often describe me as dependable, energetic, and easy to communicate with. I enjoy getting kids outside, playing games, doing crafts, exploring their interests, and limiting screen time whenever possible. As an educator, I'm always looking for opportunities to use my skills in meaningful ways, and babysitting is one of my favorite ways to do that. I understand that trusting someone with your children is a big decision, and I strive to make both kids and parents feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from day one.
