I am an Elementary teacher seeking a full-time summer nanny and/or tutoring position. I have reliable transportation, am completing a safe driving course, and have my CPR/First Aid certification. I grew up in the Kansas City area and attended The Pembroke Hill School (preschool - 12th grade). I earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Drake University, and received a Mandarin Language Certificate while studying abroad in Shanghai, China. Following my university studies, I gained professional experience working on Capitol Hill and in private industry. Education has always been a meaningful part of my life - both of my parents are retired district and school administrators- and I began working toward my own teaching license in 2025.
