For full time and part time nanny care I work strictly as a W-2 household employee and operate under a written work agreement. I love using Poppins Payroll to keep tax season stress-free and simple for both of us. I require a minimum of 15 guaranteed hours of pay per week, even if your needs fall short of that on a given week of care.
