I was interviewing Karri a week ago and she was great! She easily made friends with my 1y old (actually, 14 months) daughter. It's worth noting that my girl does not like strangers but after 15 minutes of talk with Karri my baby was sharing with Karri her favourite toys and telling her stories about her day (in baby language, of course). I liked Karri too but unfortunately we decided to share a nanny with another family and they wanted a Russian speaking nanny (so that kids speak Russian). Anyway, I would highly recommend Karri.
