Hi! My name is Olivia, and I’m currently a student at The University of Alabama and will be graduating this December with a degree in news media and communications. I’m home in North Carolina for the summer and would love the opportunity to help families in my area! I’ve always had a huge heart for kids and creating a safe, fun, and loving environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I have experience babysitting children from newborns to 12 years old, teaching swim lessons, lifeguarding, and working in the daycare at Hope City Church. I’m also CPR certified, which gives families extra peace of mind. One of the things I love most about working with children is getting to build genuine connections with them and become someone they can trust and look forward to being around. I also understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable leaving their children with someone they trust. I always strive to be responsible, communicative, and caring, and I treat every child as if they were my own little sibling. Creating a warm, positive environment is something that means a lot to me. Outside of childcare, I’m a huge dog lover, love being outdoors, traveling, and trying new things. I’m originally from Bessemer City, North Carolina, and I truly enjoy helping others and making people feel welcomed and cared for.
