My life's work has been with children. I'm a retired preschool teacher/administrator with three children of my own. I began my professional career at 18 as a preschool teacher, then became an early childhood administrator after college (AS in Child Development), led two licensed childcare centers through national accreditation before retiring when all my children had outgrown my program. In 2018, I became a certified children's yoga teacher and started a small business teaching yoga, mindfulness and emotional regulation skills to children 3 mo- 17 years. I teach at several schools and enjoy the work immensely. Since I am affiliated with licensed child care centers, I have a current (and clean) criminal record check on file with Georgia’s Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL). Now all of my children are almost grown... My youngest is finishing up high school and I will soon have two kids in college. I Read more have no grandchildren to spoil (yet) but lots of love and energy to share! I'm looking for a part-time babysitting/nannying job to fill my time and help with my kids' college expenses. I can drive kids to lessons & outings, help with meals and housework and will actively engage children with imaginative activities, books and games.
