Most of my life's work has been with children. I began my professional career as a preschool teacher, then became an early childhood administrator after college (AS in Child Development), led two licensed childcare centers through national accreditation before leaving the field when my youngest son grew out of the program. In 2018, I became a certified children's yoga teacher and started a small business teaching yoga, mindfulness and emotional regulation skills to children 3 mo- 17 years. Now my youngest son is finishing up high school and I will soon have two kids in college. I have so much love, energy and experience to share!
