Flaked two days before I was supposed to go back to work after maternity leave. We met in person and were going back and forth via text for weeks. Very unprofessional, nearly impossible to find a replacement with such little notice. Very unfortunate that people operate this way. Also very disheartening for full time working mothers.

Kaitlin is the first and only babysitter I have hired from this site and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She truly loves children, is caring, responsible and fun.
