Caitlin is very responsive and communicative about setting up appointments. My 22 month old son loved all the attention and she gave him while she took care of him for a lunch, nap, and afternoon one day and an afternoon/evening (getting him a bath and to sleep) another day. She took/sent several pictures of all the fun/smiles he was having with her. She also provided all the attention my 4.5 year old son demands on a late summer day.
